I have been taking this supplement for over six weeks now. I take these with vitamin D3 and magnesium for ultimate absorption. Before that I was taking a very expensive name brand of K-2. These work better and are far more affordable for the amount you get. If I had known then what I know now I would have ordered more when it was on sale. I have osteopenia, so I consume a good amount of dairy products-- mainly lowfat, which are low in the fat-soluble vitamin K2. Once in awhile I will also take a calcium supplement.
